Fitness Programs
We are excited to be in the process of expanding our facilities, equipment, staff, and program offerings for our members.
We are able to offer personal training, nutritional and weight loss programs, athletic rehabilitation and therapy, a variety of group classes, as well as general facility usage. Our group classes will begin this summer and we encourage all members to contact Diana Palmer with any specific classes you would like to see offered. Sign-ups will be available on-line and at the front desk.
Our Fitness Center is equipped with stair climbers, treadmills, exercise bikes, and circuit training equipment, as well as free-weights, bands, foam rollers and balance equipment. The pool and Jacuzzi add a relaxing finishing touch after a hard work-out. Towels and water are available for member use.
Personal training sessions, nutritional and weight loss programs, athletic rehabilitation programs and facility orientation are available now! Please contact
