Hourly Rate for Over Five Event Hours: $500 per 1/2

Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal (one-hour time limit):
$100
Fee waived if rehearsal dinner booked at Polo Clubhouse.
Security Deposit: $1,000
Required for ALL Polo Clubhouse
Rentals.
Refundable if Clubhouse is left in good condition after Event.
Rental Area includes Polo Clubhouse, Terrace and
small area of Turf extending
20 feet out from base of Terrace.
Rates reflect facility rental only.
All food, beverage and service charges are additional.

Deposit
Requirements and Payment Terms A non-refundable
$500 deposit and signed contract are required to book the Santa Barbara Polo &
Racquet Club. Total estimated charges and security deposit of $500 are due 10
days before event date. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 business
days of the event less any damage charges.

Pampered Palate is the
Club's in-house catering company. They are happy
to produce custom menus to fulfill you and your
guest's expectations. From casual stationed and
passed hors d'oeuvres to formal five-course plated
dinners, we will create wonderful memories with
our delicious cuisine. Menu pricing ranges from
$31.00 - $67.00 per person depending on menu and
style of service. Private tasting tailored around
your specific menu choices can be arranged at your
convenience with a modest charge of $70 for two.
This tasting charge will be credited to your account
when you book the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet
Club for your special event.

Beverage Service
The Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club
provides excellent full bar service for your event.
Bar offerings can be limited to beer and wine only,
or can be extended to include our full bar selection
including a martini bar. A detailed bar estimate will
be provided based on guest count and bar specifications.
The Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club is responsible
for the consistent enforcement of regulations of the
State of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage
Control.

Club provides all alcoholic beverage items. We will be happy to order any beverage
items not included in our usual range of offerings. The quantity you would like
to purchase needs to be agreed to in advance, as you will purchase all of the
special order products whether consumed the day of your event or not. The Polo
Club will not keep excess inventory.
Decorations
Additional decorations brought into
the club must be approved one week prior to your event
date. Items may not be attached to any stationary
wall, floor, window, ceiling or beam with nails, tape
or staples or any other substance that may damage the
facility, furnishings or fixtures.
Service Staff and Bartenders
Quality, first-rate service is a cornerstone
of the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club. Our service
staff and bartenders are professional, very courteous
and look forward to accommodating the needs of you and
your guests. A 20% service fee on all food and beverage
will also be assessed.

The club must approve all contracted
entertainment in order to comply with existing
residential and club policies. Restrictions apply
to amplified music as follows:
- Sunday through Thursday – Music must
end by 10:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday – Music must end
by 11:00 PM
Non-amplified outdoor music will
be considered on a case-by-case basis. Considerations
will be made to ensure the residents of the Polo
Club condominiums are not disturbed.

Additions to Enhance Your Event
Exhibition
Polo Match - Entertain your guests with an up close and private viewing of
the "Sport of Kings". Meet the players and get a first-hand look at
this spectacular sport. Subject to field conditions and availability. Golf
Cart Polo - The real fun begins when your participants become the players
with the polo players themselves in the driver’s seat and you with the mallet!
Subject to field conditions and availability. Corporate
Day Sponsors - Event sponsor for Sunday polo match with admission for up to
75 company guests under our fieldside tent. Croquet Competitions
- Creates a unique and fun addition for men and women of all ages. Directions

Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club The
Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club is located on 87 acres nestled between the
Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, just east of Highway 101 between Carpinteria
and Summerland. The club is just minutes from numerous accommodations ranging
from small inns to luxury resorts, many only eight to ten minutes from downtown
Santa Barbara. From Highway 101 Northbound exit at Santa Claus
Lane. Turn right at the stop sign and left at the next stop sign onto Via Real.
Continue for one mile and the entrance to the club is on the right.
If traveling from Santa Barbara, exit Highway 101 Southbound at Padaro Lane and
turn left heading back over the freeway. At the stop sign, turn right onto Via
Real and proceed approximately one mile to the club entrance on the left.
