Interscholastic Polo

Students in 7th-12th Grade

Any student in the 7th-12th grade who lives within a 100 miles of the Santa Barbara Polo Club, is eligible to play on the Santa Barbara Interscholastic Team. Join the adventure as you travel state, country and even worldwide to play other youth players. Competitions range from practice chukkers, qualifying games against other clubs, preliminary, regional and national tournaments. In 2017, the Santa Barbara/Central Coast team competed victoriously in the regional tournament, which led them to a challenging national competition. Players are currently training for their upcoming Regional Tournament.

The Interscholastic Polo Team begins practice in November and continues through the end of March. Practices are held 3-4 days per week.
