2021 Stabling Rates and Reservation Policies
Dear all SBPRC Boarders,
Thank you for your support through the 2020 season and throughout all the stresses of COVID. The club was pleasantly surprised to experience such high demand during the pandemic. We have made a few modifications in the 2021 Stabling policies to continue to align stabling at the club with team entries.
All stabling, whether monthly or annual, must be prepaid to reserve, especially in June, July and August. Monthly stalls in July and August are only available to be reserved by members signed up for Rincon League and 16 goal up until June 1, then they will be open for reservation for players not in those leagues.
No refunds or credits on prepaid stabling unless demand requires it, in which instance management will coordinate. No subleasing of pre-paid stabling.
All stabling assignments are at the Discretion of the Club and subject to change.
Annual stalls have priority on stabling location, followed by monthly prepaid stabling. Every effort will be made to keep annual stalls in the same location, however if necessary to accommodate the high goal teams and maximize numbers annual stall assignments may be shifted. A la carte stabling is available on first come, first serve basis after the annual and monthly prepaid stabling has been reserved.
Outside annual stall: $1850/ year. Available with 8 goal and above league membership, league deposit and stabling paid by February 28 (Lifetime/ condo members- contact management)
Pro Pool/ Polo Academy Annual Stall: $1750/ year. Paid by February 28. For Academy clients/ Pro Pool members annually EXCEPT during July, August. (Summer stabling may be added post June 1)
Monthly stabling (peak months May, June, July, August): $400/ month/ horse.
Monthly stabling (non- peak months): $375.00/ month/ horse. Pro-rated in weekly increments.
Monthly tackroom: $200.00/ month/ tackroom
Monthly hay space: $100.00/ month for hay space
Track usage fee (non- boarders): $1500/ month
The club has tried to hold steady on stabling fees, however, the Marborg manure disposal costs and track maintenance has steadily increased, necessitating a minor increase in summer.
Tackrooms: To reserve a summer tackroom there must be a commitment of 4 horses/ tackroom/ (single account). Players with league entry will have priority in the summer on tackrooms as they are a limited resource. Players with less than 4 horses will be required to share tackrooms during peak months.
The club aims to provide a harmonious and pleasant home for our equine athletes. Thank you for your assistance in the reservation process. Payment of stabling signals acceptance of these policies.
